It is very desirable to install a bright clear sign of the name of the rental company in the place of turning from the street (to make it easier for customers to find the office when returning the car). The only thing on the site chose and paid for a tariff with full hull insurance and protection from all damages, in fact had to pay extra for protection from damage to headlights and tires $ 30 for the whole period. 1. there was no Opel corsa. It was fiat. 2. vendor ignored my message on site. 3. vendor ignored contacts I left on the site and called me in whats up. My friend was not having watsup at arrival, so it took time to connect. 4. vendor took $15 with idea "return clean car or I'll leave money", but because of accumulator was down I wasn't able to clean car and return my money 5. Accumulator was down at the day of car return. Vendor didn't detected it on the video, so he bought more fuel to try fix the issue and I've paid for it. Everything else was good. I was met at airport with a little delay. I was returned to airport at time, even since car was not moving because of accumulator so vendor came to me to take both car and me.

The owners of the car asked to return it clean. When I returned it, I paid 300 liras, there was no time to go to the car wash, the owners were satisfied with it.

In order of impressions: it all started with a fat spoonful of tar - the rental price doubled due to the inclusion of mandatory insurance with full coverage, which was "forgotten" to mention when booking. That is, the price in the booking sheet with the paid advance payment multiplied by 2! Very ugly! Even so the price was quite adequate, just do not start with lies. Otherwise, everything is fine: met at the airport after a call, in the office 5 minutes away all quickly formalized, the car is new, clean, and a choice in its class, acceptance without problems instantly, from the office to the airport dropped off. The rest of the stated lease terms are correct: cash payment, no deposit, no mileage limit. Apart from the "surprise" price at the start, the rental was excellent.

When renting a car, the lessor claimed that this type of insurance does not include glass, mirrors, etc. Paid an extra 5 euros for each day. Either he tricked me or really did not include - unclear. About the landlord. Met and escorted well. Quickly. The car technically ok. One, but a huge minus - smoky interior. Terribly smoky. The child seat is also dirty. I took the top off the seat and washed it. But the odor is a problem. Give feedback to the service to process the cabin, if they allow you to smoke in it. Smoke bomb costs pennies and solves the problem in 10 minutes.

In general, my experience of renting a car from this company left mixed impressions. On the plus side, I should note the location of the rental outside the airport, but they provide a shuttle service to the pickup point. I was given the booked car - Fiat Aegean on diesel with 1.6 engine, which turned out to be in good condition, with low mileage. But the policy of issuing and returning the car with an empty tank is not convenient for the client. There were several negative points. One was the empty tank with "urea" (liquid reagent), which was not filled when the car was issued. This raised questions given that I had filled it up completely, but the urea level had not changed after 1000km. There was also a confusing situation with the insurance terms and conditions. When booking I chose the most complete insurance, but upon arrival I was informed that it was not complete insurance and tried to convince me that otherwise it was not reasonable for the company to rent the car for such a cost. Only after my insistence I was provided with the right insurance, promising to solve this issue with the site. There were no problems when returning the car, and I was promptly taken to the airport. Overall, the rental experience left a mixed impression. I would recommend this company, but you should be careful about insurance terms and additional charges for it.

The car was a year older than the one we had booked on the website, plus it had scratches and chips all around, the rear bumper was cracked. The representative of the company replied that everything was fine with the mechanics - it turned out to be true. Regarding three or four cars of the same brand that were standing next to each other and looked like new - the representative said that they had mechanical problems, but it seemed to me that this was not true - if they had mechanical problems - why were they in the parking lot and not in the garage? All child seats were terribly dirty, they could have been rinsed with Karcher once every six months for decency. On renting at the airport - it turned out that they meet us and then take us to the airport, and the point of delivery is 10-15 minutes from the airport. The car did not break down, they met us and took us - so in general I think it is acceptable with a stretch.
