On arrival no one met, we had to write in vatsap and in half an hour the car was delivered. The employee was polite, told us everything, converted the payment from dollars to euros without problems. In general, everything went well, except for one small problem, they forgot to fill the fluid for diesel, I had to do it myself, I did not take the check, the money was not returned. It's a small thing but it was a little bit pleasant to catch during the trip a mistake in the car with which I have not previously encountered since I did not use diesel cars, to solve the problem and buy this fluid spent a certain amount of time and nerves )

How it went: The service is excellent - the pickup/delivery process itself was clear and comfortable, thank you very much. ) The car itself externally was not very good: the whole front was scratched, the bumper on the left was coming off the fender, the cover around the gear knob was "ripped out", the vent.grills in the cabin were broken. ( And there was an unpleasant odor when the engine was running - a stench. I contacted the renter, he reassured me that it will pass - indeed, after 150-200 km it passed. But in the beginning there were worries. With all these external shortcomings, the car drove the whole rental period correctly - there are no complaints about its working condition, everything is OK! Overall: I liked everything, the organization of the process is excellent, everything is clear. In the future, I made a note to ask for a photo of the car in advance.

The car was given out on time and picked up too. The car was clean and in excellent condition. No additional or hidden charges. In general, I am very satisfied and will contact again 👌👍

It went pretty well overall. They gave me a Citroen instead of a Fiat, but I didn't see any problems with that. Signing the documents was as easy and quick as possible, we talked through the nuances of insurance and registration (thank God I didn't need to). There were no problems with the car too, just in case I looked in the trunk: spare tire, jack and key were in place (thank God they were not needed either). It was a bit nerve-wracking when handing over the car, I wrote to the manager the day before handing over the car, but I got an answer from him only 1-2 hours before leaving the hotel. I didn't have a sim and it was important for me to get a reply while I had wifi. It was agreed that I would leave the car at the company office and from there we would be driven to the airport. The approach is good I liked it. I did not like that I arrived a little earlier than agreed time and the office was closed, what to do is unclear without communication. While I was running around looking for wifi, the manager came. But it also turned out a little nervous. Inspection of the car was quick and without problems, the deposit was also returned.
