We were very dissatisfied not so much with the car, but with Mr. Huseyin, who is a representative of the company that provides the car on the spot (Izmir airport). We flew from Antalya and indicated this when booking, including the flight number. Of course, we arrived at the domestic terminal. Huseyin came to meet us in the international terminal. As a result - unnecessary negotiations and lost time. He took us not to the parking lot of the rental company, but to some apartment building. Also he did not have a terminal for payment with a bank card, although in the terms of rental on the site was such a possibility. Then he took from us extra 10 euros for the passage of the car on toll highways, explaining that the car has a built-in transponder for automatic payment and that the amount will be deducted from it and it is just it. There was no information about this payment on the website when booking. The car was all mangled. We took 26 pictures of the damage to document the current condition of the car. But it seemed to drive, and time was a pity, so we decided to take the proposed copy. But after the same day we noticed how wiped the steering wheel and gear lever were. According to the contract the car should have been manufactured in 2022, but we took it in January 2024. A car can't look like this after 2 years of use. We started to look at its technical ticket, and it says that this car is not 2022, but 2018. So it's a different car than we ordered, even though it was the same model. The mileage was listed around 97000 kilometers, but such a wiped steering wheel and gearbox lever said that the car has passed much over 150000km. When we wrote to Hussain about it, he just said that the 2022 car was being repaired and he couldn't give any discounts for an older and beat up car, nor could he change it. In normal rental companies there is a rule, according to which, if the ordered car is not available for any circumstances, then the customers are given a similar or better, but never worse, as we got. And Husein did not say it himself in advance, but tried to hide it. Also with time we realized that the wiper blades and left window washer did not work in the car. Fortunately at least this after a conversation with Hussein managed to eliminate, but for this we had to drive ourselves to a certain car service and again spend our vacation time. In general, we do not recommend dealing with this car supplier (Hussein) and his company.

It didn't go well with my lease! They charged me a lot of extra money before I turned the car in. For the car wash was one. Everything went perfectly! We flew at night, got our luggage, connected to free internet at the airport, wrote on WhatsApp to the company office. The employee told us which counter to wait for him outside. He came for us in 10 minutes, we loaded into the car, and in 5 minutes we were already at their office. Then we made all the documents, the employee photographed the car from all sides, showed the nearest good gas station in the navigator, and we moved on our two-week journey. Communication was in English, also with the help of google translator. Handing over the car was even faster: we arrived at the company office late in the evening, an employee quickly inspected the car and took photos. I put one signature in the documents, then the employee drove us to the airport. This time the communication was in Russian, as the employee knew it. I took the car with full insurance, so there was no need to leave a deposit. The car is Hyundai i20, released two years ago, automatic transmission, gasoline. Clean inside and out. There was some minor damage on the rear bumper which was recorded on the contract. There were no problems with the car during operation, even without any difficulty we climbed it on the year Babadag to a height of 1700. In general, we had a great time in Turkey.

We ordered Fiat Agea with automatic, diesel (which was very important to us) and when we were ordering we chose the point of meeting at the airport with a sign. We did not wait with a sign, we had to wait after leaving the airport. I would not say that we were very upset by this fact, but a little bit spoiled the feeling of waiting. It was good that we had a Turkish SIM card and my wife had an English SIM card, so we just called the person who was supposed to bring the car and waited. Then a company employee came to us in a Megan with gasoline. We were told that the Fiat is unfortunately under repair and they can not give it out, but for the same price they are ready to give us a car of higher class and at the same price - Renaut Megan. We were a little wary of this, as the site indicates that they can give an analog, and here directly rank higher. And not for nothing. We began to explain that we really wanted a diesel and do not really care about the fact that the class is higher or the same. It turned out they have another option Ford Focus on diesel, analog Fiat (here it became a little strange, why we did not offer it immediately)))) In the end we agreed to go to their company and on the spot to choose any of the 2 cars, which we like more and thank God not in vain. As it turned out the Megane had a hole in the barrel for washer and water just leaked out of there. In the end, we took the Ford and did not miss out. In the rest of the truth without complaints, the guys were in touch, there we had some error came out on the dashboard, they immediately wrote back. That everything is OK, go and don't worry. We traveled a lot including Kapaddokia and Pamukkale, there are no questions to the car, it worked properly, the diesel engine is really a bomb, eat little. When we handed over the car we also went to the salon, the guys quickly looked at it, and drove it to the airport, as expected. The deposit was returned. In general, if it were not for the moment with this washer barrel, because of which we still feel that we wanted to cheat, everything would be fine at all
