Service at a high level, registration takes a few minutes. The car is clean, well-maintained and technically sound. The end of the rental also took 1.5-2 minutes and then took us to the airport. It was average. The car was super dirty, had to have the landlord come to the hotel and take it to the car wash the next day. Plus it was in pretty bad condition.

I would like to share my impressions from my trip to Turkey in September 2024 and renting a car from TakeCars. I booked a Reno Clio with full insurance for 7 days on the TakeCars website. When booking on the website I paid part of the payment with a Russian card. On arrival the guys quickly met me at the airport, they spoke a little Russian + smartphone translator :). We got to the office in 10 minutes, while the documents were being processed, we were treated to coffee. The car was a Hunday i20, but from the same line, so we were happy. It never let us down, economical and reliable car. We drove straight away to Oludeniz, then along the coast to Kemer. The car was taken without problems and unnecessary questions. As a result we saw a lot of beautiful and extremely beautiful locations, beaches from Fethiye to Kash, butterfly bay, Saklikent canyon, Lycian trail, ancient amphitheaters and a lot of things along the way. You should definitely travel by car. I recommend TakeCars. Fast, budget and reliable!

We booked for a week and took full hull insurance. The guys were great - everything was as agreed - they picked us up at the airport, drove to the office in 5 minutes, registered the car, drove away, communication was via WhatsApp, back - all the same in reverse order. Everything went perfectly! We flew at night, got our luggage, connected to free internet at the airport, wrote on WhatsApp to the company office. The employee told us which counter to wait for him outside. He came for us in 10 minutes, we loaded into the car, and in 5 minutes we were already at their office. Then we made all the documents, the employee photographed the car from all sides, showed the nearest good gas station in the navigator, and we moved on our two-week journey. Communication was in English, also with the help of google translator. Handing over the car was even faster: we arrived at the company office late in the evening, an employee quickly inspected the car and took photos. I put one signature in the documents, then the employee drove us to the airport. This time the communication was in Russian, as the employee knew it. I took the car with full insurance, so there was no need to leave a deposit. The car is Hyundai i20, released two years ago, automatic transmission, gasoline. Clean inside and out. There was some minor damage on the rear bumper which was recorded on the contract. There were no problems with the car during operation, even without any difficulty we climbed it on the year Babadag to a height of 1700. In general, we had a great time in Turkey.

I rented a car for two days. The most positive impressions. The staff was in touch from the moment of booking on the website: consulted in messengers, met at the airport and brought to the parking lot, processed quickly, gave (at my request) a holder for a smartphone. What is important the contract without mileage limitation, for two days we had time to see a lot. After handing over the car (took 3 min) took at our request to the streetcar stop near the airport.
