Terms and conditions
- Driving licence and passport / id on pickup.
- Document scans for pre-check via email / messenger
- Driver's age: 25 - 75
- Driving experience: 1+ years
- Flat tyres: client responsible
- Fuel policy: Same/Same
- Heavy off-road driving prohibited
- Insurance invalid: alcohol, unmade roads, unauthorised driver, heavy off-road
- Late return: until 2 hours free
- We accept: Visa, MasterCard, AmEx, UnionPay
- You must wash the car before return. Unwashed car: Dh500 charge
- Crossing borders: is not allowed
- All taxes included
- If the vehicle is total loss renter are liable to pay an additional 20% of the vehicle value as per the per the insurance company.
- If the car is returned to a different location than the pick-up point, a fee of 150 AED applies
- The airport parking fee of 40 AED is to be paid by the client separately.
- Deposit will be refunded within 25 business days
- International Driving Permit required for clients from СIS countries and Ukraine.
