Ordered a Renault Duster 4x4 for the day, but in fact brought 2008 Peugeot monopride. The car is fresh, no deposits were asked for, I didn't catch any fines during the day. Car was great, in good condition and low mileage. Clean, no damage of any kind. The registration process was easy and quick. The only problem was at the stage of returning the car - the company has a parking lot near the office for the return, but it was occupied when we came to return the car and we drove around in circles in the area, trying to find free time and in parallel communicating with the manager. In the end we spent more than an hour, but we could not leave the car and came the next day in the morning (at 7 am), when there were no cars in the parking lot and handed over the keys with the car. Apart from these problems, everything else was great! For Russian citizens, this service is a lifesaver, as no deposit is needed.

Overall, it went well. There were a couple of things that could be worked on. First of all, the operators on WhatsApp communicated only in English (some people may have difficulties with this). The second moment, initially it was indicated that the car was to be picked up at the Pyramid Center. But on the day of rent, while we were driving there, they sent us a point on the map where to pick up the car. Taking into account that we didn't have a SIM card with permanent internet, we didn't see it. And when we arrived to Pyramid, it was on Sunday, we didn't find anyone there. Of course we contacted the person who gave out the car and he came for us and took us to the parking lot where the car was. But it is desirable to describe all these things in advance. Opinion about the company remained positive. We are satisfied with the rental.

Great car rental service! Recently rented a Nissan Kicks car and was very satisfied! The car was almost new in good condition, clean and fueled. The paperwork took minimum time - Farook manager drove the car to the hotel, helped to inspect the car, fixed all the damage on the body, explained everything clearly and without unnecessary questions. Prices are adequate, without hidden commissions. I took out full insurance just in case. For 10 days of rent no problems with the car. I did not break any traffic rules, did not drive on toll roads. The return of the car also went without any problems. On the day of return, Farook manager called, arranged a place near the airport, washed the car before the return, checked the car, no new damage was found, then we were taken to the airport. Farook is the best, provides high level of service👍 If you need a reliable car rental with honest terms, I recommend this company! Will definitely apply again.
