The company requested scans of passport and driver's license on the day before the car was delivered, so on the day of pickup no additional documents had to be filled out. Due to the delay at the airport I was not in time to receive the car, I contacted the company via WhatsApp, they responded promptly and rescheduled the time of delivery to a later date. I received the car in the hotel, the representative contacted me before arrival and clarified the address. The only disadvantage - the representative did not have change when paying in cash, I had to run to find change. The car though of 2023 year of manufacture, but a little tired (body and interior), otherwise - no complaints, quite a decent condition, for the segment "economy" - just right. An undoubted plus - the presence of Android Auto in the car, without problems we managed to connect the phone for navigation. In previous trips I also rented Nissan Sunny, so I didn't have to get used to it. I drove carefully, avoided saliks, so at the end of the lease I did not pay anything extra. The return process is as simple as possible, I left the car keys at the hotel reception and that's all. Takecars as an aggregator deserves all praise because of the simple and transparent process of registration of rent and acceptance of prepayment from Russian cards. Good luck to you!

The paperwork took minimum time - Farook manager drove the car to the hotel, helped to inspect the car, fixed all the damage on the body, explained everything clearly and without unnecessary questions. Prices are adequate, without hidden commissions. I took out full insurance just in case. For 10 days of rent no problems with the car. I did not break any traffic rules, did not drive on toll roads. The return of the car also went without any problems. On the day of return, Farook manager called, arranged a place near the airport, washed the car before the return, checked the car, no new damage was found, then we were taken to the airport.
