The main person was OK in terms of personality and response. However, I requested to change the car due to size not fitting luggages. They provided me another car but has some brake problem. I asked to put a ceiling net on the first car to solve the problem. They said we cannot, so he offered me a driver for an agreed amount that should be less or it look like other business. Anyway, I am forced to take the driver. That is fine. The worst thing is that apart from this agreed amount, the driver went to restaurants and order food without informing us, then he asked the restaurant to bill me without my knowledge and I found the bills high and that is how I discovered and asked a restaurant who confirmed this habit. That annoyed me a lot. Other than that, everything was fine. The driver made good touring for us and makes the points of interest easy to see.

Levers rattled a bit, but this did not affect the behaviour on the road. They gave a car charger for the phone. Before renting, I took a picture of all the scratches and dents, the manager indicated everything on the acceptance sheet. The rental company has always been in touch. I handed over the car quickly, for the car wash I gave 15 GEL (it was raining), about which I was warned (if there would be a dirty car) even when I took the car. In general, I recommend the company, it's a good service, everything is clean and transparent. We were pleased with the trip to Georgia.

The delay is small, but still there. 2. The car was not the one that was booked. We were supposed to rent a Subaru Forester but ended up with a Subaru Crosstrek. They explained this to us by the fact that Forester had not yet been returned by the previous tenants. For us, this moment was not critical, and we agreed to what was brought to us. But if it was important for us that we had a four-wheel drive car, then the situation would be unpleasant. There were no questions about the condition of the car: everything was fine. 3. Car wash: we were told that upon return we would have to pay 30 GEL for it. Although when booking we understood that we would have to pay something, it would still be better if we were warned about this when booking. It is also worth noting that the car was not perfectly clean when we received it. And the price for the sink itself seemed to me quite overpriced. There is an option where you can return the car with more gasoline than it was when you received it, but, in any case, it is better to find out about any surcharges when booking. Summarizing, I can say that the impressions of the rental are rather positive, with the exception of those points that I indicated above: there were no problems with the owner, with the car, too, no one tried to “throw or breed” for money.
