Car was ready at the airport beforehand there was clear communication on whats app where they were. In the trunk was a jerrycan with water and there was engine oil should there be anything wrong it was handy to have this on hand. Well thought was fortunately not necessary. We had agreed that they would pick up the car from us in Sarande, unfortunately there was no time to meet and we left the keys at the hotel by mutual agreement. Because of this we could not get the deposit back but it was neatly and directly transferred to us. We had great weather in April and touring in a convertible along the coast is then absolutely great.

We had to rush back to Portugal, so the person we met for the rental took us straight to the airport. My review is positive, the service is good. The person showed understanding of the situation and agreed to a solution that was best for both.
