I rented a Volkswagen Golf 5 through your website - everything went great. The car was in excellent technical condition, clean and well maintained. The booking process was quick, without unnecessary bureaucracy, everything was confirmed at once. The transfer of the car was on time, the staff was polite and helped to understand all the nuances. During the lease there were no problems, the car drove smoothly, sparingly spent fuel. The return also took place without delays and without hidden fees. In general, I was very satisfied with the service - I will definitely use it again and can safely recommend it to others!

All in all, it's fine, except they gave me a different car, not an automatic. It's not so fundamental, they didn't deduct the deposit I sent you and took the full price. When I asked why, they answered me later, of course, everything.
