Do not recommend this company. Very bad experience. We arrived at the airport, but nobody was there to meet us, even though pickup was supposed to be included. I had to call them several times — they didn’t answer right away. When they finally did, they told us to walk with our luggage somewhere outside the airport and wait on the street. We waited about 30 minutes before someone showed up. When they finally picked us up, they said the car we had booked (a Dacia crossover) was not available. Instead, they offered a Fiat Tipo — not a crossover, but a regular sedan. They claimed it was “even better,” but it clearly wasn’t. There were no other options — either take it or get nothing. When returning the car, they accused us of not taking photos of some minor damage that we hadn’t even noticed when picking up the car. We had full insurance, yet they still tried to charge us extra for it. They also tried to make us pay for interior cleaning, even though it was already included in the price. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and tried to blame us for everything. It felt like they were constantly looking for ways to charge more money. Avoid this company at all costs. Terrible service and attitude.

everything was fine. We ended up renting a Peugeot automatic instead of a Dacia, which was no longer available because it was rented. The Peugeot we rented was in pretty bad shape, it couldn't go uphill, the automatic transmission kept telling us that the car was going at very high revs (around 5000). In the end, we are happy to have rented a car, it took us home safely. Have a nice day.

everything went very well with the car, we had no problems during the rental. The only confusing part was that we thought we had booked full insurance, but at the office they explained that this was not the case. Other than that, everything was perfect.

to be honest we had really bad experience and would not rent again from the car rental. We didn't get the car we rented but got different (lower class but paid full price). The guy at the rental was pretty rude on top of it the whole time. I've been traveling all over the world and this was one of the worst experiences I had at a rental car.

If I had to summarize - When we arrived at the place, we were told that we would get another car, albeit for the same price, but given the Albanian roads it was clear that we got a lower car and it was worse to drive on the roads. I deliberately searched on the website that we wanted a car where a credit card was not required, on the round table we were told that it was required. But we didn't have one. So the gentleman told us that we had to pay €15 more per day. Thanks to the fact that I said that this was not in the conditions, we didn't have to pay it. but given that we arrived at two in the morning, it was not pleasant to deal with it. Anyway, the rented car was fine even though it was different and driving was more complicated.

Out of 5 stars I can give 3 🙁 I paid a deposit for the car. I wrote the address and delivery time. I missed my flight. I informed your employees about it. I informed them of the date and time of my new arrival. In addition to the fact that the car was delivered to me with a three-hour delay, they delivered another car to me. (the car is 10 years older) They said that they gave the Renault to another person. How could you give away my reserved car? And they told me to pay for 14 days (as if they were holding the car for me). Although the rental was 10 days, taking into account the delay. I ended up getting the wrong car I reserved, paying for it when I didn't use it, and was late to book my accommodation because the car was delivered three hours late. 😡

We were not given a BMW but a Ford Mondeo, plus without any warning they made us pay the difference of 140 euros.
Opel Corsa
Everything went smoothly, with a few issues. We received a different car ( Dacia). The Opel was in for service. When we returned the car, we discovered we had to pay extra for gas we didn't use. This was partly our fault. It was night, and I didn't check how full the tank was before picking it up. The staff who picked up the car didn't seem very friendly, which is more than I could say about the guy who gave it to us.

The rental was good. The car was delayed 40 minutes and one of the headlights did not work. When we took it to the mechanic, they said it was a bigger issue and they needed to bring the car in to fix it. Besides that the experience was good. The car was upgraded and the communication was nice ☺️

Upon arrival at the rental company office we were told the car we booked 3 months in advance is not available. The company representative told us he can only rent a car that was more expensive (+10€/day). Then he asked us for deposit/credit card which also wasn’t in our original booking. When i disagreed, the representative asked us to pay extra insurance +27€/day (subject to no return). We booked the car 3 months in advance and we were not informed our car is not available beforehand so I presume this is how they trick the customers. When we expressed our disagreement with change in rental conditions they said we can go and look for other rental companies at the airport. Disappointing experience…

We rented an Opel Corsa. But they replaced the car with a 2013 VW Golf, arguing that the Opel was defective. We asked to be picked up at the airport with a sign, but it did not happen. We asked for help from the locals. People called the owner of the car, as we had no connection and no internet in Albania. On had to go outside the airport with suitcases and two children. When we arrived at the office, the manager insistently asked for additional insurance, arguing that in case of any scratch and breakage we would pay a fine. In the end we paid another 220 € for the insurance. In general, the Golf was not bad, but we expected a completely different car. The car was returned without any problems, the manager did an inspection and drove us to the airport.

Was my worst experience, well thought out deception and fraud. Renault Sandero Stepway 2025, gasoline was ordered. Stage 1 of the deception: 3 hours before the start of the rental, I was sent a message that such a car is out of stock, but will provide another, "class higher". This car turns out to be a 2015 Fiat 500 xl diesel, which I would never rent for any money. You have a dilemma: put up with it and take this junk or take nothing, lose the 40 euro deposit and stay overnight with your kid and stuff at the airport in a foreign country. I.e. the landlord always wins and loses nothing, if I refuse, they get charged for one day and don't rent anything. I'm sure they don't have 2020s cars at all and it's just a photo, but if they do exist, someone was lucky enough to get one, but the photo on the site remains and the scam continues. I didn't risk being without a car and got over it. Maybe if the country was more civilized or the arrival was in the afternoon, I would have tried renting locally and losing 40 euros. So I get a 2015 Fiat 500 xl, all stripped down, battered by life, humming wildly, very hard to pull, with the oil light on and every 5 minutes the screen lights up: Change oil. I'm pretty sure this sign has been there since 2015 and the oil in this car has never been changed before. Upon pickup, both myself and the lessor took pictures of the car and he told me that they were well aware of all the defects. So, handing over the car, divorce you for money, stage 2. Inspection of the car and I am presented with damage to the car, namely deep scratches on the black plastic on the arch of the front wheel, there as if the front black bumper smoothly passes into the arch. There is not a single dot on the paint of the car next to it. The part is located at the bottom and unnoticed no one could scratch me like that and drive away. The car all the rental period spent the night in the underground parking lot and there was not a single risk of scratching the plastic arch without hitting the paint, it is a very specific defect. But still, I'm being charged for the damage and a fine of 300 euros. I wouldn't give 300 euros for the whole fiat. Naturally, I refuse to pay, moral and psychological pressure begins, you have 3 hours before the flight, nerves, etc. And if you do not fall for this trick, suddenly there is a magic way out: you have to write a positive review on Google Maps. Apparently, Albanians do not know that the review can be changed or deleted later, but some are lazy and so remain excellent reviews. The way out of this situation: in Albania, when you get a car, you need to video the car from all sides and inside, and in the hood, and in the trunk because there are undoubtedly 3 and 4 stages to get money from you.

We rented a Mercedes Vito for 4 days. The car was not serviced and had problems with the brakes. Since I booked and paid for the car a month before, I would have liked the service to be timely so that the trip would be pleasant. Otherwise, the rental went very smoothly.
