31 July – 7 August 2025 Everything was fine. At first, I didn’t get the car I had chosen, because the first rental company I selected didn’t have the vehicle available on the date I wanted, even though their website listed it as available. In the end, I didn’t take it as a problem, since the intermediary takecars quickly offered me another alternative: a different rental company and a different car for the same price, with full insurance coverage. Communication with both takecars and the rental company itself was very good and fast. The car I eventually received was flawless. Picking it up and returning it was also without any issues. The only thing that could be pointed out was a slightly weaker air conditioning system, but that’s not the fault of the rental company or takecars—it’s probably just how Chinese cars come from the factory. I recommend it.

We chose this company based on reviews — and it was absolutely the right decision. From start to finish, Snizhana was in touch and incredibly supportive. The service felt truly customer-first, not money-driven, which is rare in the car rental industry. We rented a new car with full insurance, a child seat was included, and we were picked up at the airport in the evening without any issues. The ongoing support made us feel safe and welcomed in a new country. Thanks to this amazing team, we saw all the beautiful places in Albania we had dreamed of. Highly recommended!

The pick up and dropp off very quick, the lady who was dealing with us was amazing Very helpful so 5 stars for her The car itself - and I mentioned this to her - we didn’t have an AC and with the heat was horrible It wasn’t clean and they knew about it But it wasnt mentioned to us when we picked up the car And I think this a big minus considering you are in a hot country So this was not great considering the price we paid for the car
