On the whole everything went well. On the plus side it was convenient that the car was brought directly to the hotel without any extra charge, and we were also able to give the car back. On the downside. They said 15 minutes before the rental started that there would be no Elantra. There will be a Ford Ecosport instead. Allegedly this car is even better. Although this is certainly not true. We asked what engine displacement. At first they wrote 1.0, but then immediately corrected the message to 1.8. We agreed to the 1.8, apparently it was calculated on it. However, in fact, later in the documents was 1.0. This is very unpleasant. The car was at fault. We were stuck in the mountains at +12. Called an employee. Yes, he prompted what to do, and in the end we drove. But nevertheless, the fact remains. At the calculation was the price in dollars. However, in the car we were confronted with the fact that we would be charged in Armenian currency or in Russian, having recalculated the rate simply on a calculator. As a result, we were charged more in $ from the card than the stated price. I didn't like it very much either.
