Everything was quick and convenient, the interface is intuitive. It was easy to choose a car and manage the booking ) the most important thing I think is that as all the conditions were spelled out so they were in the rental company.

I was very satisfied with everything. The reserved car was not available, I was given a Nissan Rogue with no change in the rental price. The manager Eric (if I'm not mistaken) was very welcoming, friendly and customer oriented. I have been working with customers for 10 years myself, so I know what to look out for. The service was at a decent level. The car is technically sound, clean, the terms of the lease are affordable and transparent. Interaction with the manager is on top. In a word, I am in a very positive mood about the services from TakeCars!
