When you pay by card, the funds are not actually charged—they’re temporarily held (blocked) by your bank as a security measure. Once the rental is completed, our bank immediately notifies your bank to release the hold. The speed of the refund depends entirely on your bank’s processing time, which can sometimes take a few business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding!
