On the whole everything went well. On the plus side it was convenient that the car was brought directly to the hotel without any extra charge, and we were also able to give the car back. We were shown everything quickly, there were no problems with pickup or drop off, and we turned it in quickly at the end of the rental. The staff member was in touch on Telegram the whole time. On the downside. They said 15 minutes before the rental started that there would be no Elantra. There will be a Ford Ecosport instead. Allegedly this car is even better. Although this is certainly not true. We asked what engine displacement. At first they wrote 1.0, but then immediately corrected the message to 1.8. We agreed to the 1.8, apparently it was calculated on it. However, in fact, later in the documents was 1.0. This is very unpleasant. The car was at fault. We were stuck in the mountains at +12. Called an employee. Yes, he prompted what to do, and in the end we drove. But nevertheless, the fact remains. At the calculation was the price in dollars. However, in the car we were confronted with the fact that we would be charged in Armenian currency or in Russian, having recalculated the rate simply on a calculator. As a result, we were charged more in $ from the card than the stated price. I didn't like it very much either.

Booked the car without any problems The next day we met at the appointed time. I picked up the car. I used it all day without any problems. In the morning a man (not the one who gave me the car) was supposed to come. He showed up late, but it was no big deal. I went out, they say you scratched the car 😨 I'm shocked because I know I didn't do it. He calls the guy who gave it to me. On the other end they say the car was fine. 🤷🏼♀️ At this point I remember that I made a video before I got in the car. The video clearly shows that there was a scratch (I do not know how miraculously I made the video, as the first time in my life to rent) For the same reason, I filled a full tank by habit (it's my fault, I understand) But, I think you could go to a meeting and make a discount at least, I almost did not rent it. In general, everything is normal, but I think it is necessary to make it mandatory to take a photo of the car "before", so that there were no such incidents.
