I asked for chains, as I planned to ride through the pass near Gudauri - they brought chains, plus additional plastic analogues of chains. The car was brought to the hotel on time. Passed at the airport 3 hours later than the time of receipt. No additional money was taken. I will contact them next time.

When we gave the car back, we agreed in advance for 12:00. In the end, the car was taken away from us at 12:30, which was also not very good, as we needed a transfer to Yerevan, and the connection was exciting)).
