the jeep is not the jeep the car rental company said 2 days before flight that is damaged and gave us land rover vouge that was in horrible condition and the tires was so old that at the first day 2 of them blown the company said we must put new tiers on our money they not helped us at all we was me my wife 2 kids and a baby stuck in the rain with blown tiers And in the end of the day they not returned our safe deposit of 120$ because they said that is a fee for the tires ( I put new tiers with my money ) This is not the first time we rent a car the first time was perfect very kind people and great car This time all was so rude and un fair Thank you

Everything went well. Unfortunately the Audi had a flat tire when we got it. So we didn't get to drive it. We were given a Nissan x-Tera. Of course, the car is worse than Audi q7 in terms of comfort. But we drove it without any breakdowns.

When we picked up the car, the appointment was that we would bring it back to the airport on september 21st, at 18:00. Instead we asked if it would be possible to bring the car back at September 20th, in the morning. This would take two days off our reservation. The company that we rented the car from, said this was normally not possible, but he would make an exception. He promised us a one day refund. This would also include the payment for airport pickup, because we dropped it off somewhere else. We agreed. In the end he even found new renters, which means that he received double money for the same car, for two days. We saw them pick up the car and have video of this. The charge for one day, plus insurance, extra driver and airport pickup is 160.50 Lari. Instead when we brought the car back, an employee of the rental company wanted to give us 60 lari. This is not what we agreed to. In the end the employee didn't give us any money back, even though the company owner promised a refund. And also, the car was rented to new people, so we couldn't even get the car back during our rental time.
