In the end we went together with the manager to the service station and everything was done, but also minus time and plus inconvenience. On the positive side, thank you for the delivery of the car to the address and willingness to solve problems from the manager, well, and in general we understand that everything happens. Delivery of the car: At the address of delivery was an apartment building and in general it is not clear whether we arrived correctly or not. We had to call to clarify, which is also an inconvenience. In addition, we had to wait about an hour for a person who will take the car, although the time was agreed in advance. Minus time, minus nerves. Also, the manager said that the car should be washed, although in the voucher about it is not specified, he called again to clarify and he himself had to convince that the fine for washing us to take unfair. On the plus side, the manager's attitude was very human and he really wanted to help solve problems. In addition, the deposit was refunded more, which covered the transfer fee. In general, we got the service, the car is fine and a lot of inconveniences were compensated. There are a lot of questions about the service, there is a lot of work to do, we have rented cars in different countries and we have never had such a hassle anywhere, usually the processes are well established.

I think we were lucky to find George's car rental company through Google, because in all our vacations, the process of payment, car insurance, pickup, and return has never been as fast, convenient, enjoyable, and, in short, free of delays and hidden pitfalls as with traditional rental companies. We messaged George several times, paid the rental fee, and everything was ready. I sent him our flight number, and we simply agreed on the perfect time for car delivery via WhatsApp. Choosing a car, a Jeep Renegade, was crucial because if it snows or you want to explore the surrounding area, forget about it with a regular car. It requires all-wheel drive, and there are even several modes to choose from (snow, sand, and mud), and you can lock all the wheels if needed. Simply parking at the hotel is sometimes impossible without all-wheel drive. So, my family and I were able to park right next to the hotel, where there was something like an ice skating rink. The Jeep was large enough to accommodate us and all our snowboarding gear. And the last thing I'd like to point out is the 100% car insurance with no excess, which is included in the price of the car with no extra charges. So, no matter what happens, you just call Georg, and he'll take care of everything. It was an excellent service, and we were lucky to use it. We'll definitely use Georg again next time. Nothing bad happened, but it was not without its oddities. 1) For some reason we accepted and handed over the car not in the office (for twenty years of renting abroad, this is the first time I've seen such a thing). This is what they usually do when they are going to pay in the black. 2) There was no contract, no inspection report either. 3) The car had a mileage of almost 200,000, which in itself is not terrible and, unfortunately, is common in Georgia. The other thing is unusual - its killed technical condition: the rubber is different (even on one axle), the front left tire is almost bald (for Lantsarote or Tenerife it is nothing, but for the mountains and minus at night, you can't do that), there is no liquid in the washer at all, the headlights are so wiped out that you can drive only in the daylight. Nobody in the rental did not spoil my mood. Thanks for that.
