The service was amazing, I can only praise! People were very nice, everything was on schedule, everything as agreed on the website (price, place and time of pickup, car as pictured/described), car was completely clean (inside and out), etc. I will not hesitate to use their services again when I return to Georgia! One minor point - the car needs maintenance because it was imported from the US, and Subarus need to be plugged into a computer if you tow it.Because they (probably) didn't do this, some of the electronics in the car didn't work as they should - cruise control, lane assist, and automatic light alignment didn't work (everything else was in place!). But, as I have already said, these are trifles - all the most important things in the car worked as they should (automatic gearshift, engine, acpp, brakes, no strange lights on the dashboard, etc.), no strange sounds from under the bottom when hitting potholes (sometimes it is impossible to avoid them), etc. So the car IS! Like I said, I would use their services again without a second thought.

in general it was ok - we got back our deposit, the only two 'but' is 1. the sprinkler wasn't working 2. we had to pay extra for tyre chains although, we already had them in our calculation so we paid about 20$ extra, which we should, but as it was late evening and we were in rush, we didn't have enough energy to oppose or argue ;)

We were told everything in detail about the car, all the nuances on the road, insurance coverage and so on. The car was brought on time (with clean interior and bodywork), at the agreed time. Nothing bad happened, but it was not without its oddities. 1) For some reason we accepted and handed over the car not in the office (for twenty years of renting abroad, this is the first time I've seen such a thing). This is what they usually do when they are going to pay in the black. 2) There was no contract, no inspection report either. 3) The car had a mileage of almost 200,000, which in itself is not terrible and, unfortunately, is common in Georgia. The other thing is unusual - its killed technical condition: the rubber is different (even on one axle), the front left tire is almost bald (for Lantsarote or Tenerife it is nothing, but for the mountains and minus at night, you can't do that), there is no liquid in the washer at all, the headlights are so wiped out that you can drive only in the daylight. Nobody in the rental did not spoil my mood. Thanks for that.
