My experience was quite unsatisfactory due to numerous issues with the car, starting with the tires, which were in dire need of serious repairs. Additionally, the vehicle was handed over to me in an unclean state, compelling me to clean it myself. Despite my efforts, upon returning the car, I was instructed to pay for the washing again. Financially, the terms were not adhered to as outlined in our contract: I paid an advance of 153 Lari to reserve the car, with an agreement to pay an additional 867 Lari upon receipt of the vehicle. Contrary to this, I was charged 1,100 Lari, with an unexpected demand of 300 Lari for insurance, despite the contract stating that insurance was included. Overall, the service was far from satisfactory. Furthermore, there were issues with a couple of speeding tickets, which the owner claimed to have addressed. However, I am unable to verify this, as I was questioned about the payment of these tickets at border control and I informed them that the owner had taken care of it. Additionally, I provided extra money to the owner for the purpose of handling the speeding tickets.

I originally rented a Toyota Prius because it is larger in the cabin and has a larger trunk than the Model C. But I was offered C, citing the fact that that Prius was being repaired. I agreed. A big plus is that they brought it to me at the appointed time. And they took it the same way. It's very enjoyable and saves tons of time and money. The car was washed and with a freshly washed interior - the seats were wet and this humidity in the interior persisted for a very long time. The main disadvantage is that they smoked a lot in the car before washing and apparently they tried to remove the smell by washing, but it remained. And it has not disappeared in a week. Otherwise, excellent polite service, very simple car reception, full insurance and a child seat at my request - all very nice. Next time I will definitely try to rent a car in the same service.

Actually I had 2 major issues with it, other than that all was good The first was the headlights, they were too dim i could barely see the road when there was no lights And the second was that one of the wheels was deflated and it had an issue. I inflated it and it was deflated again the next morning. I had to find someone to replace it with the spare one to get back from batumi to tbilisi

The service was amazing, I can only praise! People were very nice, everything was on schedule, everything as agreed on the website (price, place and time of pickup, car as pictured/described), car was completely clean (inside and out), etc. I will not hesitate to use their services again when I return to Georgia! One minor point - the car needs maintenance because it was imported from the US, and Subarus need to be plugged into a computer if you tow it.Because they (probably) didn't do this, some of the electronics in the car didn't work as they should - cruise control, lane assist, and automatic light alignment didn't work (everything else was in place!). But, as I have already said, these are trifles - all the most important things in the car worked as they should (automatic gearshift, engine, acpp, brakes, no strange lights on the dashboard, etc.), no strange sounds from under the bottom when hitting potholes (sometimes it is impossible to avoid them), etc. So the car IS! Like I said, I would use their services again without a second thought.
