So he said I must check the car every time I am about to go somewhere (which is bullshit as far as I understand the process). So we decided that the bumper was already scratched before besides this little scratch, and I do not need to pay, but it would really improve customer's experience if there was a manual that aware about methods of parking payment and inform about necessity of car inspection before driving.
