I booked Mitsubishi outlander, them it was changed to rav4, then I got Subaru Crosstrek, which is ok. In general everything was fine, I was met, held the keys, car was ok: a bit dirty inside, some part of exterior were out of place, but it seems alright here on streets:) drop off were good and stress free as well. A bit expensive in terms price-value, but it seems prices are as they are.

Communication with responsible person is possible via WhatsApp. We had to leave 100 euro deposit in cash even if our booking supposed to be without DEPOSIT. You need to count with 10 euro extra for car washing even if you wash the car by yourself.
