This is not what we agreed to. In the end the employee didn't give us any money back, even though the company owner promised a refund. And also, the car was rented to new people, so we couldn't even get the car back during our rental time.

I was in the impression that the 74 lari I paid as I reserved the car (10% of final price) would be reduced when paying at the rental but we ended up paying the full price. That left a bit of a bad taste into my mouth. If this was done purposely you should consider making your customers know that this reservation payment is added to the rental price notified at the booking screen. Thanks.
