I booked Mitsubishi outlander, them it was changed to rav4, then I got Subaru Crosstrek, which is ok. In general everything was fine, I was met, held the keys, car was ok: a bit dirty inside, some part of exterior were out of place, but it seems alright here on streets:) drop off were good and stress free as well. A bit expensive in terms price-value, but it seems prices are as they are.

I was in the impression that the 74 lari I paid as I reserved the car (10% of final price) would be reduced when paying at the rental but we ended up paying the full price. That left a bit of a bad taste into my mouth. If this was done purposely you should consider making your customers know that this reservation payment is added to the rental price notified at the booking screen. Thanks.

Hi, everything went pretty smoothly. Can't complain, the only thing was the the payment was cash only. It wasn't a big deal, I withdrew money but I somehow missed this information during the booking process. Also, the car would not start one cold morning and we had to ask someone to kickstart the engine with cables. Luckily, there was someone who could help, so we were quickly on the road again :) Overall, it was a pleasant experience and I would rent with you again!

No issues with the car at all, it was very comfortable and surprisingly fun to drive on the scenic Georgian roads. The owner is an incredibly kind and helpful person, quickly responds to messages on Whatsapp and speaks good English. Obviously got the deposit fully refunded at the drop-off. Both USD and GEL is accepted.
