I booked Mitsubishi outlander, them it was changed to rav4, then I got Subaru Crosstrek, which is ok. A bit expensive in terms price-value, but it seems prices are as they are.

I asked for chains, as I planned to ride through the pass near Gudauri - they brought chains, plus additional plastic analogues of chains. The car was brought to the hotel on time. Passed at the airport 3 hours later than the time of receipt. No additional money was taken. I will contact them next time.
