The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. This way I knew what to expect and it meant the driver and I had the same expectations already. My main point of critique, would be the end of the rental. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.

Therefore, the review is more about her and a little about the host. We quickly processed the documents, 5-7 minutes and we went. We drove to Kazbegi, there were roads of different quality (without frank off-road, of course), the car coped with everything 100%. There were no problems during the trip, absolutely everything worked in the car, I didn’t even drive the steering wheel (for some reason this is a common problem when renting from me :) When we arrived in Tbilisi, I handed over the car to the host just as quickly without any problems.
