The car ran well and we had no issues. It was easy to coordinate a pick-up and drop-off in Tbilisi. Although the car is older and has a lot of mileage, it seems well maintained and it was perfect for what we wanted. We were really happy to see that the Xterra had some really good tires. The tires had a lot of tread left and the tires are meant for off-road vehicles. This was really important. We needed a good four-wheel-drive vehicle and that is what we received. It was nice to have the option for 4wd Low for very steep hills. We took the car on the road to Tusheti and had no issues. I would not recommend an all-wheel-drive vehicle for this such as Subaru. It was nice to have a real 4wd and also the more horsepower of the Xterra compared to some Pajeros. The car made a few noises, but it didn't bother us as it is an older vehicle and the performance was unaffected. Overall very satisfied with the car and the service!

The radiator does not have enough liquid, the radiator expansion tank is empty. Air conditioning does not work, turns on for 5 minutes and stops working. It is not clear why the ABS bulbs light up, stability something and some third one – I do not remember what is called, as well as the switching-on light of the differential. The reason for their inclusion is not clear. Crunches in the front drive on the left when turning left. Need to replace something in the area of the right front wheel. In general, the car has never failed us anywhere over Georgia. Off-road driving for this car is totally not a problem. Service 5, Car model - 5. Vehicle condition - 3. It is necessary to look after your fleet. Repair can cost more if not done on time.

The driver and manager were very polite and friendly. There were no problems when returning the car: the inspector quickly assessed the condition of the car and accepted it without delay near the hotel in another city. Additionally, as a plus to the service, I didn’t have to drive myself to pay a small fine for parking, which was discovered after the car was handed over. I just handed over the money to the representatives of the company, who arrived at a convenient place for me. The car is in very good condition, comfortable, easy to drive. Mountain serpentines takes with a bang. Rear-wheel drive did not even feel. Passengers loved it too. There were only two not very pleasant moments: the air conditioner was hard to set up at first: either it blew only the windshield, and the warm air did not reach the back rows, or only the rear ones warmed up and the glass fogged up. In general, the auto mode helped, they could not correct it manually. And the second moment the left passenger door once got stuck in the open mode. I had to move around to close it. Then everything was fine with her, but we risked opening it all the way in the fixation mode. Nevertheless, I rate this rental experience as 5 out of 5. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the magnificent views of Georgia while traveling without the hassle of a friendly company by car.
