I booked a car for a week-long road trip. The booked car was unexpectedly broken at the day of arrival so I was given newer and better car at no extra charge as replacement. Good communication and flexibility. The rented car was clean and in good condition. We made ca. 1500km with no single issue. Handover back was also quick and honest, no attempts to scam for some damage and so on.
