To all these complaints the landlord replied that it was okay to drive - not dangerous. Could not connect CarPlay, listened to local radio on the road. The radio was left on at night and the battery died, neighbors in the cabin helped, started with jumpers. I want to note on 5* feedback from the lessor of the car, was constantly on the phone, answered within 5 minutes, we communicated by voice messages and calls. In advance was sent the rental agreement in English, signed online, photo-video of the car threw in messengers Before the trip and After, as in carsharing. Penalties are checked at the time of delivery of the car instantly. In general, we are satisfied with the trip, I recommend the car rental company, but be careful when choosing a car.

1. Pepople from Local Hires told me that This Suzuki will be fine to drive between Mestia and Ushguli. That was not right. I need propoer 4x4 car for this road. 2. The person responsible for collecting a car (Zaili)....He is unprofessional. We supposed to meet 100 minutes before my departure time(on Airport) to collect a car (we made appoinment 1 day before by WhatsApp). I called him at that time. He said he will be in 4 minutes! Finally he arrived 40 minutes before my schedule departure time. It was a bit stressful for me since there was a huge que to safety check. When he arrived , he charged us 5Euro for washing a car. 30 minutes earlier the car was washed by me, and i paid only 1Euro. Car was cleaned in my opinion. I did not have a time to "fight" about 5 Euro. My complain is nothing about a money, it is about to be fair: be on time - it is recommended when we have schedule flights.

Thank you for very good service. Kind man explained everything at the Kutaisi Airpirt where we picked up the car. The car was clean and served good during all the unlimited km. I reallt appretiate the professional attitude of contact person, we needed to change the place of return and this was solved during the few minutes and we could return the car at our homestay, no need to go to airport, as we stayed only on the beach for some days. The only minus was children seat, it was not working properly, be careful about this next time. Thank u, it was very good renting car experience.

The service in General was really good. The day before the pick-up someone contacted me via WhatsApp (in english) with clear instructions where to Pick up the car. Our car was switcher by a mitsubishi outlander sport of the Same construction year, due to some last minute service needs on the forester. Our car was in good shape there were no issues driving it. The only thing that bothered us was the service light that was warning us the whole length of our trip. But it didnt affect the driving. Delivering the car on the last day of our holiday went really smooth as well.
