The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. This way I knew what to expect and it meant the driver and I had the same expectations already. My main point of critique, would be the end of the rental. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.

The driver was an hour late to deliver, and the car was filthy and had less than a full tank, we demanded both be done which added another hour. These delays bothered our vacation. 4. The man receiving the car was difficult and demanded cash as opposed to credit card for the half tank fill up- told me he had no money 6. very unprofessional

It wasn't very good. We were not picked up at the airport. Then we waited an hour for a car. Then it was not ready to be used. Then the wheels were changed and we had to wait again. We lost a compartment for 2 hours. Overall we had a pretty good driving experience.

Perfect! I recomend renting car from Irakli! We were in hotel in the morning and the guy come after us, there was no need to look for taxi to get to the airport. Car served us very well on all kind of roads and "off roads". One night while we were in hotel someone crashed into the car (see the photo) but everything turned out well. We called police, spent 3 hours dealing with police, car was parked under a video camera... No problem for us after that. Good communication with manager. I have nothing bad to say... 😀👍

From sunny weather in busy Kutaisi to snow and ice on mountain roads near Mestia: the car took us every were without any problems. Also, the pick up in Kutaisi and drop off at Kutaisi airport were perfectly arranged with the people from the car hire. Very good communication. Next time visiting Georgia, we will definitely rent here again!

I took the car for three days. Either the car has a broken height adjustment of the driver's seat, or the car is really not suitable for people with a height of 190 cm. I had to sit in a very bent state and rest my head on the roof of the car. The front wipers are activated by a homemade button that hangs on a wire near the driver's door. We were caught in the rain, it is not very convenient and not safe, because with this button, the wipers turn on and have only one speed, with a little rain, we had to constantly turn them on and off. The rear wiper doesn't work at all. The cabin does not have air conditioning, but even worse, basic ventilation does not work. In the rain, the windshield was sweating, and I had to open the side windows a little, but it didn't help much. There was a rag in the door, probably for such an occasion, to wipe the glass from the inside. This is again not safe. And to go with the side windows slightly open in the rain is not very pleasant and cold. Driving at night is also not safe, because of the wiping of the windshield
