The driver delivering the car spoke little English, but his boss called us when he arrived and explained the check out process. This way I knew what to expect and it meant the driver and I had the same expectations already. My main point of critique, would be the end of the rental. The owner of the rental company told us they were dealing with an accident, and would be delayed picking up the car and returning the deposit. This was difficult for us, because we had a flight leaving that same day. I tried to propose alternative solutions, but the communication was difficult at this time because the owner only replied with delays. In the end, he came with his employee to pick up the car and they seemed hung over. It was on a Sunday morning, and I suspect they had a good time the night before.

Most important one was with the headlights, which gave very little light, so driving in the dark was dangerous. Other issues were minor. The rental went great. Service at a high level. The car was delivered right to the house at the appointed time. Explained the features of the car, payment for parking and more. The driver and manager were very polite and friendly. There were no problems when returning the car: the inspector quickly assessed the condition of the car and accepted it without delay near the hotel in another city. Additionally, as a plus to the service, I didn’t have to drive myself to pay a small fine for parking, which was discovered after the car was handed over. I just handed over the money to the representatives of the company, who arrived at a convenient place for me. The car is in very good condition, comfortable, easy to drive. Mountain serpentines takes with a bang. Rear-wheel drive did not even feel. Passengers loved it too. There were only two not very pleasant moments: the air conditioner was hard to set up at first: either it blew only the windshield, and the warm air did not reach the back rows, or only the rear ones warmed up and the glass fogged up. In general, the auto mode helped, they could not correct it manually. And the second moment the left passenger door once got stuck in the open mode. I had to move around to close it. Then everything was fine with her, but we risked opening it all the way in the fixation mode. Nevertheless, I rate this rental experience as 5 out of 5. I recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the magnificent views of Georgia while traveling without the hassle of a friendly company by car.
