With car rental everything was fine, the car was brought by the time to the hotel. All quickly and without problems. Also returned the car without any problems. An employee of the company picked up the car at a specified time at the specified address. Among the troubles: there was no wheel key in the car, I had to buy it. The radiator does not have enough liquid, the radiator expansion tank is empty. Air conditioning does not work, turns on for 5 minutes and stops working. It is not clear why the ABS bulbs light up, stability something and some third one – I do not remember what is called, as well as the switching-on light of the differential. The reason for their inclusion is not clear. Crunches in the front drive on the left when turning left. Need to replace something in the area of the right front wheel. In general, the car has never failed us anywhere over Georgia. Off-road driving for this car is totally not a problem. Service 5, Car model - 5. Vehicle condition - 3. It is necessary to look after your fleet. Repair can cost more if not done on time.

1. Pepople from Local Hires told me that This Suzuki will be fine to drive between Mestia and Ushguli. That was not right. I need propoer 4x4 car for this road. 2. The person responsible for collecting a car (Zaili)....He is unprofessional. We supposed to meet 100 minutes before my departure time(on Airport) to collect a car (we made appoinment 1 day before by WhatsApp). I called him at that time. He said he will be in 4 minutes! Finally he arrived 40 minutes before my schedule departure time. It was a bit stressful for me since there was a huge que to safety check. When he arrived , he charged us 5Euro for washing a car. 30 minutes earlier the car was washed by me, and i paid only 1Euro. Car was cleaned in my opinion. I did not have a time to "fight" about 5 Euro. My complain is nothing about a money, it is about to be fair: be on time - it is recommended when we have schedule flights.

I do not recommend this car. In the first minute the mirror fell away. The car is always pulled sideways and something crunches. Having driven away from Tbilisi, we noticed that the front crawls were erased. We started a chat with the company. We were told to change, we will refund the money. We only changed one. When they gave the car to my request to give money for the tires, they did not give me anything and started shouting rudely. In other respects, you will not expect hospitality from car renters. Stupid assholes no more. It's good that I took a Japanese car, it did not disappoint us in general and did not stand anywhere in the mountains. But the fact that the car is not working and there was a moment with the wheels worn to holes was very embarrassing

What you should know before driving
🅿️ Download the parking app before you drive in Tbilisi. You'll get fined or towed if you don't pay through the app. One renter couldn't figure it out — his owner drove over and sorted the tickets himself.
📸 Watch out for speed cameras. They're everywhere on main highways, and fines are issued automatically. Andrej 🇨🇿 picked up two fines in 16 days — one for an illegal turn (20 GEL) and one for speeding (50 GEL). You may not even know until you return the car.
🛞 Check your tires before you leave. This is the most common issue in winter. Mismatched tires, worn tread, bald rubber on mountain roads — it all comes up. If you're heading to Mestia or Gudauri, inspect the tires at pickup and ask the owner to swap them if needed.
📍 Download offline maps. Google Maps and Maps.me don't always work well in Georgia — wrong pins, missing roads. Save your route offline and confirm the pickup point with your owner on WhatsApp before you land.
