The rental went great! The car, despite its age, is very cheerful and comfortable. The process of booking, picking up and dropping off the car was convenient. All in all, everything was perfect, thank you.

Everything was good, the car was eventually provided ford focus, as I realized it was newer, but there was a small malfunction with the gearbox, which forced me to sometimes stop on the way, so that the car - cooled down. Otherwise everything was good and polite.

Booked the car without any problems The next day we met at the appointed time. I picked up the car. I used it all day without any problems. In the morning a man (not the one who gave me the car) was supposed to come. He showed up late, but it was no big deal. I went out, they say you scratched the car 😨 I'm shocked because I know I didn't do it. He calls the guy who gave it to me. On the other end they say the car was fine. 🤷🏼♀️ At this point I remember that I made a video before I got in the car. The video clearly shows that there was a scratch (I do not know how miraculously I made the video, as the first time in my life to rent) For the same reason, I filled a full tank by habit (it's my fault, I understand) But, I think you could go to a meeting and make a discount at least, I almost did not rent it. In general, everything is normal, but I think it is necessary to make it mandatory to take a photo of the car "before", so that there were no such incidents.
