We were completely satisfied with the other car, and the person who gave us the car was also very friendly and helpful, but it would have been nice to know about the change of car in advance, as they are very different in size. No problems with our car rental. Jelena was friendly and helpful. We were given a different vehicle, but it was the same class (Hyundai i20) with similar age and mileage as listed Fabia. Plus it had an automatic transmission, which proved quite useful on the steep mountain roads!

The first setback is that you had to pay in cash, which no one told us. We were left without any money. They didn't give us the car we had asked for, they gave us another one because it was in the car shop. The next day they bothered us because they changed us for the rented car. Comprehensive insurance is useless because it has to be with police parts. You can save it. The car broke down again. The air conditioning did not work. They took it away and brought us another one of lesser category. After two days they returned the Megane to us. When we left it at the airport they looked at the car with a magnifying glass and said it had a dent under the chassis. We had not done it and they also took the car away twice. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.

The car has about 88,000 km of run, this is not a lot, automatic. The car is in good condition. Highly recommend this car rental, reasonable prices, good service.
Skoda Fabia in Montenegro
I rented 3 cars: Skoda Fabia, Audi A5, Audi A3. Very satisfied with the service. At first there was some doubt when on the day of arrival they wrote that today they would not be able to bring Skoda Fabia, but they would bring it the next day. The next day they brought the car - it was in very good condition, we drove it for a week, visited Bar, Skadar Lake, every day we went to Velika Plazha, moved from Ulcinj to Becici and the car did not cause any complaints. We also rented an Audi A5 convertible for 1 day and we really liked it, both in terms of condition and dynamic qualities. We also took an Audi A3, it was with high mileage, the back cover fell off on one of the seats, but of all 3 cars that we rented, this was the biggest trifle we encountered. We drove the Audi A3 to Kotor and to the royal beaches. In general, I really liked the service: the guys are customer-oriented, flexible, offer options, work on trust (they didn’t even take a deposit for both Audis). If I came to Montenegro again, I would definitely use this service. Big hello to Ivan and Lazar!
