Toyota Yaris in Montenegro
Generally it was ok, only 2 problems (1) there weren't kids seats as we booked, the guy provided them, but it took extra 2-3 hours (2) the car was in a bad condition from outside - i mean, it was skretched in many places, one element (front left) almost torn of. The driving was ok though. Oh, and one front light stopped working on the last day.

Our car rental experience was over and above what we would have expected. They picked us up at our hotel in ulcinj and the car was immaculate and there was a car seat as requested in pristine condition. The people we rented from came to pick us up at our house rental in Tivat and drove us to the Croatia border where we were spend the next portion of our trip. Unfortunately, with coronavirus we weren’t allowed to cross into Croatia until the day of our flight to go home. The car rental people drove us back to Tivat and allowed us to keep the car a few days longer. A couple days later on the day our flight was to fly out of Dubrovnik home the car rental guy picked us up at 1am and was able to convince the border crossing guards to drive us all the way to the Croatia border so we didn’t have to walk the 2km between borders on foot at night with our luggage and baby. The husband and wife car rental team went over and above to help us out. I highly recommend them and when we return one day to visit Montenegro again we will definitely be renting from them again. You won’t be disappointed. The best service we could have hoped for.

I chose to rent a car through Local Car Hires (with Kristina) as there was the possibility of delivering and picking up the car from our specified locations. Although the Toyota Yaris was not available when they delivered the car, we got a fairly new VW in great condition. The delivery and pick up were always on time. When I wanted to change the booking to extend for 2 more days and change the pick up location, it was very easy via WhatsApp. Very easy, convenient and professional. Highly recommended!

I rented 3 cars: Skoda Fabia, Audi A5, Audi A3. Very satisfied with the service. At first there was some doubt when on the day of arrival they wrote that today they would not be able to bring Skoda Fabia, but they would bring it the next day. The next day they brought the car - it was in very good condition, we drove it for a week, visited Bar, Skadar Lake, every day we went to Velika Plazha, moved from Ulcinj to Becici and the car did not cause any complaints. We also rented an Audi A5 convertible for 1 day and we really liked it, both in terms of condition and dynamic qualities. We also took an Audi A3, it was with high mileage, the back cover fell off on one of the seats, but of all 3 cars that we rented, this was the biggest trifle we encountered. We drove the Audi A3 to Kotor and to the royal beaches. In general, I really liked the service: the guys are customer-oriented, flexible, offer options, work on trust (they didn’t even take a deposit for both Audis). If I came to Montenegro again, I would definitely use this service. Big hello to Ivan and Lazar!
