there were no issues with the car, which is all you want when you rent one! They were also very accesible via WhatsApp and responded quickly. The only downside of it all was that we had to pay the full fee (516euros) in cash at arrival. We didnt count on that so we had to go to an atm. Next time it would be nice to know that we have to pay in cash up front

But we were surprised that we had to pay cash when we took over the car. We expected to be able to pay with credit card. This wasn’t noted in the booking documents. It was a bit disappointing that we had to get money from the airport ATM. This meant some extra costs for us. I hope this feedback helps you to fine tune your services
