The next day we had to go to the mountains for rafting, all the way I hoped that it would not stall anywhere else. We also had a flat tire on the track, we barely changed the spare tire, because, firstly, the tools that were in the car were too weak to change the wheels, and, secondly, the mounting bolts on the spare tire were soured, and our men she was barely pulled out. I had to stop cars on the highway in search of a normal wheelbrace. Of course, I wrote to the owner, he even sent us some master who arrived immediately after we had done everything. They took the car for diagnostics, provided a temporary replacement, they said that they did not find anything. In general, you can ride it, but be careful

Everything went perfectly in most parts of the car rental. The car was in good condition, and the person from whom we got the car was friendly and useful. The main problem was that we noted on the site, that we were going to cross the border in Albania and asked from the person who gave the car if everything is fine with paper work (insurance, etc.) for borders. And he assured that yes, everything took care of everything, and we can just go to the border. Then, on the border, the officers told us that we actually did not have insurance paper for the car, and, as we checked the owner of the car (?), He advised us to pay several “coffee money” for border officers under the table. It was inconvenient for us to do this ... We managed to buy a new insurance on the border for 50 euros, and we managed to cross the border. The cost of 50 € Exirta on border issues about the car insurance was unpleasant, as we paid and confirmed that the documents will be completed for us when we rented a car. Maybe the car could be removed better from the inside, since there was a little dirt on the windshield, and when the sun shone, you do not see anything during driving. I would say that the majority of the rental was positive; the car and paperwork were ready when I arrived and the vehicle was very spacious, so perfect for what I needed with my family and the baggage we had. Moreover, the owner Goran was incredibly responsive and never far away if I needed to check something with him, which was greatly appreciated, especially since he has a full company to run. The only downsides were that the baby seats I had ordered were not really fit for purpose because they lacked some of the necessary straps one needs, so we could not use them and eventually had to find other ways to keep the two young children safe. Also, the headlights did not appear to work too well, which was not a problem because we did not drive at night but was equally not ideal. Overall, a solid 8/10 for the great price, reasonable vehicle and good service from the provider and I am mostly happy with how things turned out.
