High marks for the service. It was not possible to drive a BMW until the end of the vacation. The car is frankly shabby. And the roof broke. Didn't close at some point. We replaced our car with a Renault (not a convertible) of a lower class. Reimbursed the difference in the lease. But still, I wanted to spend my vacation on the convertible to the end and lost a little time while changing the car. In general, the owner of the cars himself is very adequate🙏

The only slight issue was when the car was being delivered to us to Kotor the driver had trouble finding the place, but this was certainly not his fault and the place was very hard to find! 😅 Rental time was flexible (we were a little late due to traffic but that was no problem) which was very nice and stress free. We also requested a navigator but didn't get one. Other than that everything was perfect!
