Terrible Experience – Avoid This Rental Company They nearly ruined our entire trip. We had booked a Citroën C4 and, unlike many others who were given the wrong car, we actually received the model we requested. However, the problems started immediately at the airport. The driver delivering the car was 40 minutes late, didn’t speak English or Russian, and left in a hurry. The car’s onboard computer was showing multiple error messages related to the filters, gearbox, and engine. I called the manager to report this, and he casually said it was “normal.” The car drove poorly. On inclines, it rolled backward — something that should never happen with an automatic transmission. The central locking didn’t work from the button, only with the key. Somehow, the car lasted two days before completely breaking down on the third day — the gearbox failed entirely. I contacted the manager again. At first, he asked me to wait and try restarting the car. Then he promised to replace it within four hours — but didn’t. He later said it would arrive at 9 AM the next day, but it only came at 12 PM. We lost more than a full day and had to spend extra money on taxis. He refunded us for just one day and tried to blame us for choosing an old car. He even said it was “normal” for the car not to drive properly and that we should have rented a newer model if we wanted reliability. Unbelievable. The replacement car didn’t break down, but it had its own issues: one mirror was taped on, and the low beam headlights didn’t work. The high beams were extremely weak, so we had to use them instead — which was unsafe. Do not rent from this company. You’ll ruin your holiday — and it could even be dangerous.

We rented this Audi A4 for a few days and were absolutely delighted! The car is in good condition, there are small chips on the body and traces of use, but it is understandable given the year of the car and the fact that it is a rental. The car was clean, well-maintained, fully corresponded to the description. Very comfortable to drive, perfectly holds the road, excellent noise insulation and dynamics. The rental went without any problems - the registration took only a couple of minutes, the staff is polite and prompt. The price is more than justified for such quality. I will definitely use this rental again and recommend it to everyone who appreciates comfort and reliability!
