It went +/- normally. We were given a hyundai i20 instead of a toyota - not critical, as the cars are basically about the same size. In addition to the price that was specified in the voucher, I paid 112 euros more for "insurance". In fact, it is just an extra payment, so that when accepting the car they did not check it for new damage. As far as I remember, I had already paid for one of the insurance options when I placed the order on the website. But when I asked about it, I was told that without paying 112 euros, there will be no insurance. Otherwise everything was fine. The car was in average condition, there were no surprises

Everything went perfectly. Drago is a punctual, pleasant young man. Met us at the airport upon arrival, the car was waiting in the parking lot. The car is compact, nimble, maneuverable, with low gas mileage. We drove it from Podgorica to Saranda along the coast, passed dozens of serpentines and back, he never failed. We are very satisfied with the service and the car! Just one small minus, there is no USB charging in the cabin, advise drivers to buy auto-charging for a cigarette lighter in advance, so that you don’t suddenly have a navigator. Otherwise, everything is fine. Thank!

It went pretty well, and I'm glad I did not rent any if those 1.0L-1.2L engined newer and cheaper cars as those should be prohibited in mountaneous areas 😂... can they even get acoss mountain passes of old narrow mountain roads? Particular car was a bit more worn out for the price than I expected.. for a week ly rental it should have been by -150€ less than I had to pay. Due to transmission wear and long mileage driving in regular Drive mode is very jerky and unpleasant, but if you put transmission in drive S mode then gears shift smoothly and drive is allright. Panel of radio system is burned out so bad that you have no idea what you are tuning in radio and how to get to get it paired with phone. With help of youtube & some trial and error, managed to solve it. Other than the above 2 complaints, everything was great. Car is perfect for montenegro roads in the summer. Easy to handle, easy to manouver in the narrow back country roads. Roof and all other mechanical stuff of the car worked well. And best of all...if roof is down and kids start to vomit in mountain roads, I don't sense the smell and don't join them 🤣.
