Globally - it went fine) There were no problems with the machine itself. There was some difficulty with delivery. The couple acts as landlords there, husband and wife. The man gave me the car. And we agreed with him that he himself would pick her up from the same place, from my entrance. And then they wrote to me from another number from the same company (wife, then as it turned out), and information came that the car needed to be handed over at a certain point. For some time I tried to find out which of the options is correct - should I go to take it or they will pick it up themselves, as they agreed. But I didn't get a clear answer. I scored and just drove myself, drove the car to the specified point. They drove up together, accepted the car without any problems. Then it began to rain heavily, they even offered a ride back to the house. In general, only here with the return of an incomprehensible situation turned out. Well, in terms of gasoline, in my opinion, it would be more convenient to navigate on a full tank. And then they gave me a car with 1/4 and it was necessary to return it the same way. Calculating and guessing these liters is extra trouble.

Generally it was ok, only 2 problems (1) there weren't kids seats as we booked, the guy provided them, but it took extra 2-3 hours (2) the car was in a bad condition from outside - i mean, it was skretched in many places, one element (front left) almost torn of. The driving was ok though. Oh, and one front light stopped working on the last day.

Everything was good, it means the easy set up in your website, driver was waiting in airport, he described everything about car and he gave a key! We had some issue with one of children seat and I was discussing with operator about this through WhatsApp (seat didn't hold in the seatbelt) Finally, the driver came back and we changed this children seat for new one (booster)! These children seats were quite old but on the other hand the price for rent a car was really down, so I won’t want to write about some small damages in the car! Car worked normally, it was quite comfortable and it helped us did our trips well! Return of car was without some problems respectively operator wrote that we could only give a key on tire and he wished a good flight! Receiving and returning of the car was easy - all done at airport, with minimum of paper work. Communication with owner was straight forward and easy. So, yes everything was great.
