In Budva the car was brought directly to the hotel, we did not have to go for it, and a couple of days before the end of the booking we changed the place of return from Kotor to Tivat, so we came there without any problems and extra payments. It went all very well. I get the car at the airport on time. The car was as promised. 2017 C3. It was in a good condition for it's age as a rental car. The person who brought the car was kind and quick, speaks English quite well. I drove the car for a month without any major problem, except some tiny scratches on the right back door, which is covered by insurance. I easily returned the car at the airport. At first, I felt a little bit anxious about using my credit card on your website, which I never heard of before. But a quick Google search convinced me to use it. Everything was quite simple. All the information I needed to get in touch to take the car was available very easily. It was very convenient to get in touch with the car agent via WhatsApp, as I was travelling abroad and did not have any other means of communication other than airport wifi.
