Renault Espace in Montenegro
My overall feedback is neutral, even I would say positive. The communication was perfect, car delivery and pick up, and everything was very unproblematic and worked very well. The car itself was as promised, was clean. It had though some technical issues. The hand break function was kind of instable. It had a not very intuitive handle and finally ended up with a warning sign on the board that it has some problem. Although it worked but one had to be careful to make sure. I think this needs a bit of service anyway. The second issue was with the central lock. It sometimes locked only rear doors, sometimes only the drivers doors, really very random. Needed accurate check after each locking to make sure that all doors are locked. But somehow we coped with it 😀 We did not contact the technical support because it would mean delay etc. , somehow it was not that critical stuff. So that's it.

Everything was fine. I didn't get a Toyota. It was replaced by Renault Megane, but it was fine. Car was ok and pickup and return was without any issues.

We took a Skoda Fabia hatchback for a week, 2012, engine 1.2, automatic. We were met at the airport by a representative with a sign, the car was in the airport parking lot. We were 4 people + plus 2 suitcases (1 large, 1 medium) + 2 small backpacks. All safely fit (suitcases should be put in the trunk on the side). We lived in Dobrota. We went to Herceg-Novi, Lipa Cave, to the Big Beach in Ulcinj, drove the whole river Crnojevica. On serpentines and ascents four people pulls well. We rented the car in another town, in Becici. We left it in the parking lot of the hotel, keys at the reception. Everything went perfectly, no complaints. On the last day the representative contacted us via WhatsApp to clarify where to leave the car and keys. Definitely recommend.
