Just want to mention it would be great to hear from a car owner earlier, right after the car is booked and confirmation from the website received. I booked 3 days in advance and kept wondering if the car would be provided at all, until I heard from the owner late in the evening before the rental day that everything is fine and the car is coming tomorrow morning.
