Recently rented a Citroen C3 from Montenegro. Everything was fine with the rental, no problems at all. We received the car at Podgorica airport, drove around the country and returned it at the airport at a convenient time for us - we left the car in the parking lot by arrangement.

On the "negative" side: I had to proactively take contact a few days before arriving as I had no news to make sure everything was on track, the car arrived 1h30 late on delivery and nobody to pick it up for the return (which meant going back and forth in messages to find a solution).
