Were in Montenegro from 23.08 to 06.09.21. For the entire period, we ordered a car on the Localcar website. At the airport we were met with a sign. The car was provided which was ordered on the site. Examined, filled out the documents and drove off (it took no more than 5 minutes). Throughout the rest there were no complaints about the car. Handed over in 5 minutes.

Meet & Greet didn't really work. But we learned why when we hit the road. The traffic in Montenegro is dense, there are jams at the entrance of most bigger cities. It's hard to predict how much time will get wasted this way. That's about my only complaint. Still - the car, even though not the newest brand new shining this-year-model, runs really cool. No issues whatsoever, lots of space (there were six of us, including 3 big suitcases + 6 smaller bags - we've fit it. I definitely recommend the car and the company!
