there were some good moments - pleasant communication, fast car pickup and drop-off, trust at the airport. The bad - we got another old car, the interior was dirty and the child seats were very dirty. Also, one tire was worn out, so we changed the car as soon as we noticed it. The overall review is good - because there were no hidden fees, no insurance issues and we and the car met our goal.

Everything is great. We agreed with Milan and received the car the night before, as we had to leave in the morning for the opening of the office. My thanks to Milan for the clarity and ease of getting the car. Instead of Golf Sportsvan we got Volkswagen Touran - 7 seats and it is even good - there is a lot of space, the engine is economical 1,6 diesel. The condition of the car is average, as there are external defects and defects in the interior and it does not affect the ride, so it is a good enough option. Thank you.

It was okay, your team is very helpful, but the Yaris needs some work, the transmission system isn't working very well. It's fine for Kotor bay, but we decided not to drive to Durmitor because it accelerates very slowly and inconsistently. Also, the front bumper was barely holding on on one side, but that wasn't much of an issue for us, just had to adjust it once in a while

Everything went well. The car was delivered on time, technically everything was fine - diesel pulls well, gears shift well, no problems. The car has more than 225k mileage and it would be good to have a small cosmetic repair, namely, to tighten the steering wheel / gearbox, to fix the power window unit (it worked, but the buttons stuck, in general not very well), and externally - the rear bumper would change. In general technically everything is good, externally on 3+) You on the site would add the state of the car or mileage, for example, and that on the photo one, in fact a little bit different) And a set of amenities would be - like the presence of bluetooth, parktronic, phone holder, etc., to understand what to prepare for))))

First of all Mr. Milan was very attentive and understanding throughout the whole process. We had agreed to rent the car for 5 days but since our flight time changed, we asked for 4 days and he did not have any problem. The car was delivered exactly at the specified time. The contact with the office was professional and pick up/pick off was very well organised, however the ISOFIX within Clio was destroyed so we couldn't connect baby chair correctly and we got information from the rental that there was no possibility to exchange it.
