After the rent I gave my card to return the deposit and there was some error. The car owners told that they returned it and I should contact to my bank. But my bank is saying that the deposit transaction have not been unfrozen... 2 weeks have passed, but I still have NOT get my deposit back. When I'll get it back, I'll change the review, but to all future lessees keep in mind, that you can encounter some problems with deposit return...

High marks for the service. It was not possible to drive a BMW until the end of the vacation. The car is frankly shabby. And the roof broke. Didn't close at some point. We replaced our car with a Renault (not a convertible) of a lower class. Reimbursed the difference in the lease. But still, I wanted to spend my vacation on the convertible to the end and lost a little time while changing the car. In general, the owner of the cars himself is very adequate🙏

I did rent a Renault Clio 4 in Montenegro. The car was great and everything went well, but there are some negative things. Then I booked the car, there was no flaw to be seen on the pictures. Upon meeting the car the flaws became apparent. There are several bruises that there not listed in the description and the interior wasn't clean. I needed to take some rubbish out myself. Moreover the owner didn't deliver the car with a full tank and still demanded to give it back with a full one. Aside from this the owner was friendly enough and did meet me on my day of arrival even earlier than expected. Overall good service but better description and care for the vehicle would be optimal.
