I asked to change the conditions of return, as I was supposed to fly from Podgorica, but did not fly away, but stayed. The manager sent a driver to me to pick up the car. So I'm very pleased.

Special thanks to the local landlord for their 24/7 support. In case of a small problem with closing the roof, we HAVE ARRIVED from Budva in 20 minutes in Kotor in 20 minutes and showed / repaired everything (earlier, when renting a car from other companies, I learned the way to the only car service in Kotor and its mode of operation). The landlord speaks excellent Russian. The car is clean and in very good condition. We are very pleased with the rental and plan to use the services of this particular company on our next visit to Montenegro. Thank you dear friends!

The first setback is that you had to pay in cash, which no one told us. We were left without any money. They didn't give us the car we had asked for, they gave us another one because it was in the car shop. The next day they bothered us because they changed us for the rented car. Comprehensive insurance is useless because it has to be with police parts. You can save it. The car broke down again. The air conditioning did not work. They took it away and brought us another one of lesser category. After two days they returned the Megane to us. When we left it at the airport they looked at the car with a magnifying glass and said it had a dent under the chassis. We had not done it and they also took the car away twice. It could have been them but they asked us for photos when they returned the car to us at night. They took away part of the deposit that we left, which no company with all risks asks for. The worker threatened to call the police. His name is Igor and he was arrogant and the only thing he wanted was controversy, with a smile. In the end our flight left and he kept the part of the deposit. Horrible experience, inhuman treatment with customers and feeling of deception. I hope you change things otherwise you will lose many customers. I wouldn't recommend you at all.
