The renter did not have the car I booked available. He offered me two to choose from in return, and although one of them was more expensive, both didn't fit my requirements. I ended up driving a bmw 4 grand coupe, which had significantly less room than the triple station wagon and was almost impossible to drive in the 5m due to the design of the rear seats. The car was ok but had a horrible screaming exhaust that made you tired (not factory). I also punctured the wheel and waited more than an hour for instructions on what to do with the car, changed the wheel at the nearest tire repair shop, as well as paid for the delivery of new tires, I promised to throw a check for the work done, but it did not follow. Otherwise, the pickup and delivery of the car did not cause any problems. 3/5

I rented a car Peugeot 301 for traveling in Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia. I received the car as it was written in the terms and conditions of the lessor. The car body was a little damaged, apparently by hail, and had a couple of scratches, which is even better for me, I do not like to take a car without a single scratch, if you did not notice something - then you will be written off. During the lease (I have driven probably more than 3000 km) there were no claims to driving qualities, though the French are very strange cars. At delivery of the car also there were no problems, all quickly and promptly. As it was written in the conditions - the lease was without a deposit. They didn't ask for extra money when we handed over the car, on the contrary, they returned the change (initially I paid with a 500 euro bill and there was no change) - everything is fair. I recommend.
