We were given a full package of documents, including for crossing the border, as we planned to travel through the Balkans. The car was easy to drive, no complaints. On the serpentine on the climbs pulled a little weak, but it is solved by switching to a lower gear. We drove it through 3 countries, on not the most light roads, and everything was great. A nice young man gave and received the car, explained everything in detail. We were satisfied with everything. I recommend this company.

We rented a Volkswagen Golf Variant for a trip from Serbia to Montenegro. We ordered additional delivery to the hotel, but the car arrived a couple of hours late because the previous renter did not return it on time. Nevertheless, the car came, exactly what we ordered, and during the long trip showed itself perfectly. We had 4 suitcases and all of them comfortably fit in the trunk. A couple of times saved the system of emergency braking during parking in the narrow streets of the Montenegrin coast, not letting you hit the surrounding houses and cars) From the minuses I want to note the outdated firmware navigation, part of the Serbian autobahns on it is simply not, had to use a third-party navigator. I will definitely continue to use the Take Cars service, it was the easiest and most understandable booking, where you are not imposed additional services or scare you with huge deposits, as it often happens in popular rental companies.

Jovan met us at the airport, put the documents in the contract, gave us all the documents and the parking receipt, took the deposit and that was the end of all formalities :) Instead of the reserved Citroen Elysee was Mazda CX-3; it may be smaller in the cabin and in the trunk, but it was enough for us, and the ride was more interesting, and the gasoline consumption on the highway was a little more than 6 liters / 100 km. No problems for 1200+ km on a car with 80+ thousand kilometers of mileage did not happen :) I wanted to rinse the outside and vacuum the interior, but Jovan accepted without any problems and so. Everything was great, praise!
